Duck and Goose interrogates the creative practice of motherhood. Motley uses children’s toys, midi machine, keyboard, trash, and nursery rhyme to live author a sound and dance score. Duck & Goose considers actions of othering mothering. It examines patterns and behaviors of ducks and geese and notions of imprinting. What is it to make an indelible mark? On another, on the earth?
